Engr Grajeda is a licensed Mechanical Engineer and an alumnus of Mapua Institute of Technology who currently leads the Property and Procurement Department. Since joining Schema in 2018, he has leveraged his technical expertise to formulate mechanical design criteria, perform detailed engineering calculations, and oversee the planning of complex mechanical system. Throughout the project life cycle, he serves as a vital technical representative, managing contractor coordination, resolving system conflicts, and conducting diligent site inspections to ensure all installations meet the required specifications and mechanical standards.
