Engr. Adecer is a licensed Civil and Sanitary Engineer who specializes in plumbing, sanitation, and water supply engineering. She received her degree in Sanitary Engineering from the National University in Sampaloc, Manila, and her Civil Engineering degree from the University of Bohol in Tagbilaran City. As SCHEMA’s principal sanitary designer, she has consistently created innovative and dependable systems that promote public health, water conservation, and regulatory compliance across a wide range of projects. Under her supervision, SCHEMA has advanced sustainable sanitary solutions for private and public efforts, providing smooth interaction with larger infrastructure concepts.
