Road infrastructure project throughout the Province of Cebu implemented under Arterial Road Link Development Project – Phase III (JBIC Loan No. PH-P188).
The overall project length is 29.70 kilometers consisting of two separate packages namely:
- Contract Package No. 1 -Talisay – Junction Toledo Section (11.65 km, 4-lane road)
- Contract Package No. 2 -Junction Toledo – Carcar Section (18.05 km, 2-lane road)
The project road, located in the province of Cebu, starts at the southern approach of Mananga Bridge in Talisay City and traverses through the municipalities of Talisay, Minglanilla, Naga, San Fernando, and ends in the municipality of Carcar.
