SCHEMA took the consultancy services on construction management and supervision of this 50-storey residential condominium with six (6) levels basement located in Ortigas Center, Pasig City with a total floor area of 69,409.056 square meters constructed on a 2,117-square meter lot.
The tower has the following features: main lobby, visitors’ lounge, reception areas, six (6) passenger elevators, freight elevator, eleven (11)-level parking space, a penthouse (with helipad, swimming pool, open-air whirlpool, shower rooms, a gym, mini gulf potting green, children’s playground, and a function room), jogging paths, drivers’ lounge, water reservoir, and security monitors in public areas and elevators.
It has a building management auxiliary systems (emergency power monitoring, a video entry phone, closed circuit television (CCTV), security surveillance monitors, car paging system, elevator supervisory and control system, stair pressurization system, centralized garbage disposal collection room, sewage treatment plant. Generators are provided to give power to general amenities (4 high-speed elevators, public access and common areas, major auxiliaries, water pumps, and sewage treatment pumps) and the residential units (entry lights and refrigerators) during power interruption.
