Reconstruction of a 3-storey historical building located at the upper left side of the Intramuros approximately fifty seven (57) meters from the Pasig River with an area of approximately three thousand five hundred eighty-eight square meters (3,588 sq.m.) The main objective of the proposed consulting services is to conduct the study necessary to come up with plans and documents needed for the rehabilitation, restoration and improvement of the Ayuntamiento Ruins and reinforce the structural worthiness of its existing walls to convert the historical building into the central office of the Bureau of Treasury. Conservation recommendations to retain the historical face value and significance of the structure and documentation of its existing conditions.
SCHEMA was commissioned by the Bureau of Treasury (BTr) to undertake the detailed architectural and engineering of the project.
