Reconstruction of a 3-storey historical building located at the upper left side of the Intramuros approximately fifty seven (57) meters from the Pasig River with an area of approximately three thousand five hundred eighty-eight square meters (3,588 sq.m.). The Intendencia, was a Spanish colonial structure in Manila, Philippines that housed several government offices through the years. It is located in front of the BPI Intramuros (formerly the site of the old Santo Domingo Church) at Plaza España, Soriano (Aduana) Ave. corner Muralla St. in Intramuros.
SCHEMA was commissioned by the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) to undertake the detailed engineering study of the project.
